Directions
From the Baltimore Beltway, 695
- Take exit 27A for Dulaney Valley Rd. South toward Towson.
- Merge onto Dulaney Valley Rd. and continue for about .5 mile.
- At the traffic circle, take the 4th exit onto E. Joppa Rd. (the turn is immediately past the Barnes and Noble).
- Turn right at the first traffic light onto Virginia Ave.
- About three-quarters of the way down the block on Virginia Ave., there are two surface parking lots on the right. Turn into the first parking lot (Towson Circle Parking Lot). The gate attendant will give you a ticket, which we can validate for FREE parking.
The south boundary of the bottom parking lot is Pennsylvania Ave. We are located immediately across the parking lot at 100 E. Pennsylvania Ave. The building has a small courtyard – DO NOT use this entrance. To reach our office, use the Delaware Ave. entrance to the right of the courtyard. You will see a listing inside the door for Skelton. The suite number is 300. Proceed to the second floor and look for the red sign on our door which will lead you upstairs to our 3rd floor.
